Quenching cooling oil (water) tank

Purpose : Cooling of process, and keep the cooling oil (water)
temperatures associated with the operation,ensure that
the quality of treatment.
Advantage :

1. High-performance heat exchanger tank, it can control
and adjustment of oil (water) temperatures maintained
at between 60 to 80℃ (water between30℃ to 40℃ ).
2. Oil spray cooling system, according to size and thickness
of the work piece, spraying speed adjustment, achieve
the purpose of a multipurpose machine.
3. Oil tank with filtration equipment, avoid away from
debrisaccumulation in the job, resulting in loss of cooling
operation from cooler plug. Oil filter is easier for
cleaning and replacement.
